All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise mentioned.
-We recommend shipping addresses have someone that can pick up the package to be brought inside. Soy can melt or soften when left outside in warm temperatures and we are not responsible for any orders that melt under these circumstances.
RETURNED ORDERS: Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a buyer has entered an incorrect address, they are responsible for additional postage required for Wishes Candle Co to resend it. Also, the buyer is responsible for postage to resend packages that have been returned to us for any other reason.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: Once the package is brought to USPS we no longer have control of the item. Once shipped, the most useful source is your tracking number or receiving USPS branch office. Contact your local USPS branch with the tracking number for further information. **Wishes Candle Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking states "Delivered," USPS considers their responsibility completed at this point.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before requesting, we ask that you consider when purchasing or reviewing that the candles are subjective, uniquely made items that are artistically created through our own personal interpretation of a particular inspiration. This may or may not agree with your interpretation of the said original inspiration for the scents.
We accept returns and exchanges on unused and unlit 8oz candles only in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. If you choose to simply return the items (rather than exchange), we are able to refund the cost of the purchased items but not the original shipping fees.
