Refunds and Exchanges

Before requesting, we ask that you consider when purchasing or reviewing that the candles are subjective, uniquely made items that are artistically created through our own personal interpretation. This may or may not agree with your interpretation of the said original inspiration for the scents.

We accept returns and exchanges on unused and unlit 8oz candles only in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. If you choose to simply return the items (rather than exchange), we are able to refund the cost of the purchased items but not the original or post shipping fees.

For the safety and enjoyment of all customers, we do not accept returns on custom tarts, sprays, or tea lights.
